As we face uncertain times and new daily challenges, the Team here at Russell Automotive are striving to maintain business as usual and we will endeavour to continue to do so.
Following the latest Government advice, we are taking all the necessary precautions to help keep both our team and customers safe. We are ensuring that we keep up-to-date as new Government advice is released and we will continue to support all our Customers where possible.
As a garage in London we believe it is essential to keep our customers on the road. Servicing, mots and repairs are essential for safe legal driving.
Our hygiene gives you peace of mind
We can understand that some of our customers would rather not leave home, or are unable to leave home during this time, therefore we will gladly Collect and Deliver for Servicing, Repairs or MOTs.
In order to ensure the continued safety of our technicians we will disinfect areas of the inside of the car such as the steering wheel, gear stick and indicators. In addition, they will be wearing disposable rubber gloves as an extra precaution for both customers and themselves. Once your car or van has had its service, repair or MOT, we will clean the operational areas again before we deliver your car back to you.
